That depends. Our snacks may contain traces of gluten, eggs, peanuts, soy, milk, and nuts, among others. If you have a severe intolerance (like gluten), unfortunately, we can't create YOUR box for now. But we are committed to finding safe solutions for you.

You can typically expect your Oh!My Snacks box to arrive within 1-3 business days after you've placed your order. While we aim to be as speedy as possible, we prioritize quality. Our nutritionists take time to carefully select the snacks that perfectly match your preferences. That way, you receive a box that's uniquely tailored just for you, ensuring that every snack is a hit!

All fees are included for the mentioned countries (Germany, Ireland, England, Portugal (including Azores), Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, and Poland. Islands not included.

All other countries have a shipping fee that is possible to verify checkout page.
